Poverty is a crime in a land that produces food abundantly. When the rich live a bit smaller -- maybe just eating less red meat -- fewer will have to live without adequate food, lodging, and dignity.
On Thanksgiving Day, relax, enjoy food, friends and family, and resolve to do some small thing to reduce hunger.
