Mother Theresa, Living Small

In 1985 Mother Theresa established an old-folks home in Kathmandu, to care for the poorest of the poor in their final years. It's a three minute walk from the riverside where all cremations take place.


Residents get a hammock and a bowl, filled twice daily with daal.


This lady is relatively rich, with her sturdy teapot. Or maybe she's staff or a volunteer and makes tea for the people inside.
